Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Beatly handles information when you use our wellness tracking app. Beatly is designed for personal health record keeping, trend viewing, and camera-assisted heart-rate or pulse features.
What Stays on Your Device
Health and wellness information that you add or generate in Beatly is stored on your device. This may include blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, pulse, weight, BMI, dates, notes, and trend history. We do not upload these health records to our cloud servers.
If you choose to export, copy, or share your records outside the app, that action is controlled by you.
Camera Use
Beatly may request camera permission when you use a feature that estimates heart rate or pulse with the camera sensor. The camera is used only while that feature is active and only for the measurement process on your device.
- Beatly does not take photos for this feature.
- Beatly does not record videos for this feature.
- Beatly does not save camera images or video frames.
- Beatly does not upload camera images, video frames, or measurement images to our cloud servers.
- You can revoke camera permission through your device settings at any time.
Device ID and Technical Diagnostics
We may process a device identifier and limited technical data to understand crashes and keep the app reliable. This technical data may include crash logs, app version, device model, operating system version, crash time, and related diagnostic details.
We use this information only to investigate crashes, fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain app security. We do not use your health records or camera data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
How Long Data Is Kept
Local health records and app preferences remain on your device until you remove them. Diagnostic information such as crash logs and device identifiers is kept only for the time needed to analyze stability issues, resolve errors, protect app security, and meet legal or operational requirements.
How You Can Delete Data
- Delete individual records inside Beatly when the app provides a delete option.
- Clear Beatly app data in your device system settings.
- Uninstall Beatly from your device to remove locally stored app data.
- If you contact us by email, you may ask us to delete that email conversation.
Service Providers
We may use trusted crash-reporting or diagnostics providers to process limited technical information on our behalf. These providers help us identify crashes and improve app stability. We do not provide them with your locally stored health records, camera images, photos, or videos.
Your Permission Choices
You can decide whether to enter health records in Beatly. You can also grant, deny, or revoke camera permission in your device settings. Some camera-based features may not work if camera permission is not available.
Health Notice
Beatly is intended for general wellness tracking and personal reference only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For medical decisions or health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Children's Privacy
Beatly is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
